The Nigerian goalkeeper's 14-game clean slate came to a halt at the Stade Chaban-Delmas on Sunday afternoon
LOSC Lille and Super Eagles goalkeeper Vincent Enyeamawas beaten for the first time in 1062 minutes in his club’s 1-0 defeat to a ten-man Bordeaux team in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.
Enyeama was beaten by Landry N'Guémo's deflected strike in the 27th minute of the encounter to end the Nigerian's dream of beating Gaetan Huard's overall record of 1,176 minutes without conceding a goal. Simon Kjaer deflected a harmless looking shot by the Cameroonian which hit the post before entering the net.
Though Enyeama showed pluck, his team mates appeared uncharacteristically nervy in the opening stages, perhaps weighed down by the pressure of maintaining their long run without conceding and of trying to keep up with Paris Saint-Germain at the top of the table.
Even at the disappointment, the former Enyimba safe hands showed signs of his quality as he kept his side in the game going into half-time with two vital interventions to deny Ludovic Obraniak.
It was the first time Enyeama had had to pick the ball out of his net since September 15 in the 2-0 defeat by Nice.

With this defeat, Lille slipped four points off the pace set by PSG once again and sit in the third position on the log, while Bordeaux have taken ten points from a possible 12 and now sit behind fifth-placed Marseille only on goal difference.
