Kanye West mocks Kris Jenner: Far from a BFF thing going on here?

Kanye West gives some digs to Kris Jenner who ups and leaves, it's rumored the two aren't best of friends.

Kim Kardashian’s mother and manger, Kris Jenner, and Kanye West were bound to knock heads when it came to Kim, but this is the first time a window is open for folks to get a look on how this takes place. According to Yahoo News on June 24, 2013, a reporter for W Magazine, Chistopher Bagley, was interviewing Kanye while at his apartment in Paris and he got to witness Kanye mock Kris, after she paid him a compliment, which apparently he found lame.

Kim had just left the Paris apartment to jet back to L.A., but her brother Rob Kardashian was there with his girlfriend and the two were sprawled out on the sofa. Kris comes to the door and she and Kanye greet each other and he takes her to listen to some of the tracks for his new album “Yeezus.” West plays the track “Awesome” which is clearly about Kim, but has a little dig in it about Kim’s mother Kris.

When the songs are over Kris says to Kanye “Great job!” Well that wasn’t enough for Kanye apparently who went off a sarcastic tangent, while his words were done in a joking-like manner, there were digs in this rant meant for Kris.

Here is how the Bagley describes it:

"He (West) plays her (Kris) some of his unfinished songs, including 'Awesome,' which is clearly about Kim. When she exclaims, 'Great job!' West doesn’t find it as flattering as Jenner evidently intended," continues Bagley. "He raises his eyebrows. 'Great job?' he says and sets off on a comic riff that cracks up everyone in the room. Toasting with his champagne glass, he says, 'Great job, Baccarat, for making a glass that can hold liquid!' He looks down at his waist. 'Great job, belt loops, for keeping my pants up!”

Kris laughs off the mockery, but decides to take off. She hugs Kanye goodbye and she tells him “I love you.” She tells Kanye he knows where to find her tomorrow if you want, but Bagley said it was apparent to everyone in the room that Kanye “will not call her.”

It sounds as if the rumors about the strain between Kim’s mother and Kim’s boyfriend may be true. It stands to reason as Kim’s mother and her manager, Kris is more than likely a powerful presence in Kim’s life.
