In an unprecedented move, Governor Rotimi Amaechi surprised ailing singer and producer OJB Jezreel with a donation of $100,000 on the eve of the singer's birthday, OJB hasn't been able to thank him and other Nigerians who made donations enough.
"I really thank God for Governor Amechi's kind heart. All I can say is that God will fight his battles as he saved my life. I also thank all Nigerians from all works of life who heeded my appeal for funds to go for my kidney transplant. God bless everyone."
OJB is still undergoing dialysis at the Lagos State University Teaching Hopital LASUTH after which he will travel for his transplant abroad
