OJB must have had double celebrations on the 4th
of July, 2013. First it was great to be alive to
witness another birthday celebration. The other is
the news that Rivers State Governor, Rotimi
Amaechi pledged to support him with $100,000
for his kidney surgery operation.
The news was brought into the lime light by his
funds manager, NoMoreLoss on the 3rd of July,
2013.
A broadcast from NoMoreLoss reads:
Dear supporters of #OJB, at this time 10.30pm 3rd
of JULY 2013, we have on record that Governor
Rotimi Amechi of Rivers state has approved $100k
for OJB's KIDNEY TRANSPLANT to be officially
handed to him on friday.
We wish to express our appreciation to all that
stood by OJB in his time of need with prayers and
generous donations.
We thank the fans,friends members of the public,
the Nigerian entertainment community as well as
the many that wish to remain anonymous. We pray
that God rewards you with help before you cry out
for it.
