Davido Hits Back at Waconzy

Sure y'all know Waconzy very well. But for those who don't, he's the Port-Harcourt based singer behind the beautiful song, Celebrate.

Well, he was on Channels TV Rubbin Minds Sunday, November 3rd and he just kept blasting and blasting.

First, the dreads- wearing Waconzy we all know has shaved his hair and now spots a clean lowcut.

According to him, he cut the dreads because there's need to look more corporate as his job is not just singing but he's got couple of corporate deals up his sleeves.

Then he went asked his perception on Nigerian music he says, although Nigerian artistes are doing great, there are still couple of "noise makers".

And guess what, our dear Tonto Dikeh, Olamide and Davido were some of the "noise makers" he listed.
Waconzy said he couldn't understand a word in Davido's 'Skelewu' or Olamide's songs yet, everyone dances to their songs.
He also took a swipe at Tonto, saying she's only good at acting but in music, she's a "noise maker".

He further mocked that her songs are wack

I knew Waconzy had opened a can of worms when he first hit at Davido, Tonto Dikeh, Olamide and others.

He was a guest at Channels TV Rubbin Minds Sunday, Sunday. When he was asked how he felt about Nigerian music, he said most artistes make noise instead of good music. Then he listed Tonto, Davido and Olamide as some of the acts who make noise.                             

Now the 'war' has began, with Davido making the first swipe at Wazoncy for daring to insult him.

"Eyaa, u dey vex say I no allow u enter my house balu!!!!ur last hit was when I was in SS2.....BALU!".                                       

Wow! Whatever 'balu' means.
