Paul Walker dead at 40: Celebrities react to his death.

Paul Walker, star of "The Fast and the Furious" movies, died Saturday in a car crash in California at the age of 40. Celebrities took to social media to remember the star.

Paul Walker, star of "The Fast and the Furious" movies, died Saturday in a car crash in Southern California. He was 40.
Walker was in Santa Clarita, about 30 miles north of Los Angeles, for a charity event to benefit his organization Reach Out Worldwide when the fatal accident occurred.
He entered showbiz when he was just a toddler, and his career took off when he landed a supporting role in 1999's "Varsity Blues."
Walker is best known for his role in "The Fast and the Furious" franchise, which is on its seventh film.
He leaves behind a daughter, Meadow, 15.
Celebrities took to social media to express their condolences and disbelief.
Ludacris, a rapper and actor who starred alongside Walker in "The Fast and the Furious" movies, posted this photo on his Instagram account: "Your humble spirit was felt from the start, wherever you blessed your presence you always left a mark, we were like brothers & our birthdays are only 1 day apart, now You will forever hold a place in all of our hearts @paulwalker legacy will live on forever. R.I.P."

"Brother I will miss you very much," franchise co-star Vin Diesel posted on Instagram. "I am absolutely speechless. Heaven has gained a new Angel. Rest in Peace."
