Rapper KANYE WEST is preparing to cough over $250,000 to the 18-year-old man he assaulted at a Beverly Hills chiropractor’s office earlier this year.
According to reports, the final settlement agreement is a lot less than the initial six figure settlement the 18-year-old requested.
KANYE WEST’s allegedly assaulted the teenager after his used racial slurs against WEST’s fiance KIM KARDASHIAN.
