Beauty really is pain ... especially if you're Kim Kardashian!
The reality star underwent two interesting procedures on Sunday's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," getting laser treatment to remove the stretch marks on her breasts and another to tighten the skin on her hands.
Check out the video above ... the whole thing looks kinda uncomfortable!
Kim's clearly a fan of using various cosmetic treatments. The 33-year-old's already had a blood facial, fish pedicure and admitted to using some Botox.
