Why women are gullible before pastors

Pastors                                                                                    Photo: Courtesy Of late, pastors are increasingly hitting headlines for all the wrong reasons.

When they are not using the name of Jesus to enrich themselves, they are involved in all sorts of immoral activities such as stage managing miracles and sleeping around.

Pastors sleeping with other men’s wives has become commonplace. Differently put, pastors have turned churches from praying grounds to preying grounds.

“My brother don’t be fooled. Whenever a man of God talks about Moses parting the Red Sea with a rod, he might as well be metaphorically talking about how he plans to engage in an act of the rod with a woman he eyes in the congregation,” a friend warned me over the weekend.

What is surprising is the fact that some of these women are enlightened; yet they fall for very cheap tricks. How can a pastor make a barren woman get a child by insisting that he must sleep with her? Seriously? And some women fall for such? Come on, ladies.

As we speak, men are very worried and have become very suspicious of their pastors. Because one just can’t tell whether indeed his wife has been going for genuine prayer meetings or she has been going to see the pastor for other matters. It is an open secret that most of these men masquerading as pastor are fakes.

I think it is high time we began subjecting members of the clergy to vetting, just like the Judges, magistrates and lately the police. Or else men will continue raising children sired by pastors, thinking they are their own. If the writing on the wall is anything to go by, I think men ought to investigate the kind of a relationship their wives or girlfriends have with pastors of their churches.

Especially if your wife is the type that always runs to the pastor whenever there is a small problem in the family. Men must come out strongly and assert their authority. This idea of letting wives consult pastors over what kind of business ventures to invest in has to come to an end.

As a man, you are the head of the family, and the bible clearly says that.  Men as heads of the family, have the responsibility to decide which church their family goes to.

The problem we have stems from the fact that men have left women to trust pastor so much so that what the pastor says is taken more seriously than what a husband says.

It is high time men woke up from slumber land, otherwise pastors will continue wreaking your marriages.
