Chris Brown was up to something good this Thanksgiving and perhaps 2,000 homes benefitted from that 'goodness'!
The
pop superstar was seen at the back of a truck in South Jamaica on
Wednesday, November 25 handing over bags of Turkey to homeless people
there.
Wearing a green
over-sized shirt, a pair of jeans and his signature face cap, Brown
looked happy doing charity… something he supports through his music.
The 'Loyal' singer shared his experience through pictures with his millions of followers on Instagram on Wednesday writing: "South Jamaica Houses. Gave out 2,000," he wrote beneath one of the pics.
He also posted a video on the site showing a cross section of the receivers surrounding the truck.
"I
honestly challenge the celebrities. We think about ourselves all the
time and take everything for granted. Driving nice cars, jewelry,
pretending to be something we aren't. Let's give back because it's the
right thing to do," Brown captioned.
A fan wrote: "God
bless you Chris Brown for doing something positive to the ones who are
less fortunate then you/us." But another fan took the opportunity to
say: "Pls Chris brown...I want u to have a collaboration with wizkid from Nigeria"
