The teenage model at the centre of the Madonna flashing scandal at a Brisbane concert has dismissed the controversy.
Josephine Georgiou,17, told The Project last night that when she was pulled on stage from the audience on Thursday night, the plan was for Madonna to smack her bottom, then they would walk down the runway together.
Instead Madonna grabbed a ring from Josephine's corset and exposed the teenager's breast to the audience.
March 19, 2016: The Australian girl who had her breast exposed at a Madonna concert by the star herself has dismissed the uproar over the incident.
But Josephine was unfazed by the moment and the subsequent outrage.
"It was so nothing to me, and then at work this morning my phone was blowing up," she said.
"I don't think she did anything wrong and it's not like it was something she did on purpose either."
Josephine's mother Toni, who owned the corset she was wearing, has weighed in on the moment in a Facebook post.
March 18, 2016: Pop megastar Madonna touched down at a Sydney airport ahead of her two concerts at the Allphones Arena at Sydney Olympic Park.
"Madonna just spanked my daughter, so proud," she wrote.
"Just so everyone knows, Josephine wasn't 'humiliated' like the media are reporting. She was thrilled to bits and had the time of her life."
Because no complaint has been lodged, Queensland Police are not investigating the on-stage gaffe.
March 17, 2016: Madonna fans have lashed out at the pop princess overnight, who was almost 3 hours late to her Brisbane concert, without any explanation.
